The Registration Pens Sponsorship places your brand in the hands of every visitor during registration, offering high-frequency brand visibility throughout the expo. Each pen serves as a practical promotional tool used by students, parents, and professionals during seminars and consultations.
This sponsorship includes two hostesses for pen distribution. Pens will be supplied by the sponsor, allowing customization with your logo and brand message. It is a cost-effective sponsorship option with strong brand retention and recall value.
Payment Schedule:

10% Advance Booking Amount – Payable at the time of stall/space booking confirmation.

40% Second Installment – Payable within 30 days from the invoice/booking date.

50% Final Payment – Payable 45 days before the Expo/Event date.
Note:
Booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment. Delay in scheduled payments may lead to cancellation of booking or penalty as per company policy.
