To ensure a fair, safe, and productive experience for all participants, exhibitors, partners, and visitors, the following Rules & Regulations apply to all activities, services, and interactions associated with the India International Direct Admission Expo (the “Expo”) and the website https://directadmissionexpo.com/ (the “Site”).
1. Eligibility & Participation
1.1. The Expo is open to individual visitors, students, parents, educational institutions, sponsors, and partners who comply with all applicable rules.
1.2. Participants must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Misrepresentation or false information may result in refusal of entry or removal without refund.
2. Registration & Admission
2.1. All visitors, delegates, and exhibitors must register through the official Site.
2.2. Registration confirmation may be required for entry.
2.3. Entry is granted only upon successful registration and receipt of a valid entry pass or ticket.
3. Conduct & Behavior
3.1. All participants must behave professionally and respectfully.
3.2. Harassment, discrimination, offensive language, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.
3.3. Visitors must comply with reasonable requests of Expo staff, security, and officials.
4. Exhibitor Responsibilities
4.1. Exhibitors agree to set up and dismantle booths within the specified timeframes.
4.2. Booth designs must comply with safety standards and Expo guidelines.
4.3. Exhibitors are responsible for the conduct of their staff, materials, and displays.
4.4. Unauthorized solicitation outside assigned areas is prohibited.
5. Safety & Security
5.1. All persons are subject to security checks upon entry.
5.2. Dangerous items (weapons, flammable materials, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
5.3. The Expo reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person or item that poses a risk to safety or security.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All content, trademarks, logos, and materials displayed by the Expo or partners remain their respective property.
6.2. Participants may not reproduce, screenshot, distribute, or exploit any intellectual property without express written permission.
7. Photography, Recording & Media
7.1. Photography, audio, and video recordings may occur for promotional purposes.
7.2. By participating, you consent to being photographed and recorded and grant Direct Admission Expo the right to use all media for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes.
8. Privacy & Data Use
8.1. Personal data collected during registration and participation will be processed in accordance with the Expo’s Privacy Policy.
8.2. You consent to receive communications related to the Expo, partner offers, and updates, unless you opt out as permitted by law.
9. Cancellation, Changes & Refunds
9.1. The Expo reserves the right to postpone, relocate, cancel, or modify event details without liability.
9.2. Refund policies for tickets or participation fees will be governed by the terms outlined at the time of purchase.
9.3. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partial attendance.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. The Expo, its organizers, partners, sponsors, and affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense related to participation, including property loss or personal injury unless directly caused by gross negligence.
10.2. Participants assume all risk associated with attendance.
11. Compliance with Laws
11.1. All participants must comply with local, state, and national laws and regulations.
11.2. Violations may result in legal action, removal from the Expo, and reporting to authorities.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
12.1. These Rules & Regulations are governed by the laws of India.
12.2. Any disputes arising from participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
